Kansas City, MO (Sports Network) - The Kansas City Royals announced Monday that they and catcher Miguel Olivo have picked up their mutual options for the 2009 season. The 30-year-old Olivo batted .255 with 12 home runs and 41 RBI in 84 games for the Royals last season.
